CNC Routing & Custom Cut Graphics

Studio Blue provides precision CNC routing and digital cutting for signs, displays, dimensional graphics and custom fabricated components. Our Colex cutting system allows us to transform printed and unprinted materials into clean, accurate shapes for projects throughout Pleasanton, the East Bay and the greater Bay Area.

From dimensional lettering and routed panels to custom display pieces and specialty graphics, our team can print, cut, fabricate and finish your project in-house.

Precision Cutting and Routing

Our Colex system combines digital cutting and CNC routing to produce accurate shapes, lettering and components from a wide range of rigid and flexible materials. Printed graphics can be cut precisely to shape, while thicker materials can be routed for dimensional signs, displays and fabricated pieces.

This in-house capability gives Studio Blue greater control over quality, turnaround and finishing while reducing the need to send custom fabrication to outside suppliers.

Custom Fabrication Applications

CNC routing and digital cutting can be used to create dimensional lettering, custom-shaped signs, routed panels, display components, stencils, templates and precisely cut printed graphics.

Studio Blue can combine printing, routing, mounting and finishing to produce complete sign and display projects rather than providing cutting as a stand-alone process.
